Developed the concept of a Town Pattern Plan in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan to assist the Town in creating a vision for expansion of the core community.

Comprehensive Plan: Town of LaSalle, Colorado
Created a Workbook for Planning & Zoning Commissioner’s to assist them in directing and evaluation development proposals. The Workbook became a model for communities statewide. 

Riverbend, Sand & Gravel Mine and Reclamation Plan for Lafarge West, Inc. 

A 1200-acre project located along the South Platte River adjacent to Fort Lupton, Colorado. Significant portions of the project will ultimately be incorporated into the City of Fort Lupton’s Parks and Open Space program and connect to a regional trails network.

Shields, Sand & Gravel Mine and Reclamation Plan for Lafarge West, Inc. 

A 50-acre project located adjacent to the City of Fort Collins near the Poudre River; after reclamation, the property will ultimately be incorporated into the City of Fort Collins Parks and Open Space program.

Parsons, Sand & Gravel Mine and Reclamation Plan for Lafarge West, Inc. 

This 380-acre project is located along the Cache La Poudre River between the communities of Windsor and Greeley. Extensive consultation with the Colorado Division of Wildlife helped to create a “state-of-the-art” reclamation plan that will protect, enhance and expand wildlife habitat, including eagle nesting areas, and the natural aesthetics of the Cache La Poudre River riparian corridor.

Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont, CO - A 21 million-dollar innovative Green House skilled nursing care project for Hover Senior Living Community.

2011 Arts and Entertainment Strategic Action Plan 

Longmont Downtown Development Authority (LDDA), which resulted in the formation of the Downtown Arts and Entertainment District and ultimately one of the first Creative Districts designated by the state of Colorado.
