Jennifer has extensive local and regional land use planning experience working along the Front Range of Colorado.  Prior to founding Vecchi & Associates, she was a Principal with Rocky Mountain Consultants/Tetra Tech, Inc. for 26 years.  She a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, LEED AP BD+C).

Dana Crawford has been a civic and business leader in Denver for over 40 years.  Original developer and managing general partner of Larimer Square, she has also developed the Acme and Edbrooke loft buildings in historic Lower Downtown and the award winning Oxford Hotel. She is currently President of Urban Neighborhoods, Inc. in Denver, Colorado.  Larimer Square serves as a prototype for historic redevelopment and festival shopping centers.  The Square has one of the highest per-square-foot sales volumes in the Denver area.  It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Denver landmark.  She has been active in research on lower downtown properties and developing extensive information on housing in historic buildings and mixed-use development across the United States.  Mrs. Crawford has been a speaker or a consultant in 60 cities. Collectively, she has developed more than 800,000 square feet of historic properties valued at 100 million dollars.  She is currently the originator and driving force behind the development team RTD has chosen for the re-development of the historic Denver Union Station.
